Coaching is a goal and solution-oriented development form, a process which usually takes 5-15 occasions. The coach helps with special competencies, questions, and tools to find your own solutions and the resources required to reach them. It helps in your self-awareness, learning, development, and to start to take steps on your chosen path towards your goals. It’s important to note that the coach is not an advisor, not a mentor, neither a psychologist nor a psychiatrist, not even a trainer.

In our first session we’ll start to discuss the challenge or the problem on which you want to work. If I feel that coaching is not the best approach and you might need another specialist, I’ll let you know. Also, I’ll let you know if we arrive at an area during our sessions which goes beyond the boundaries of coaching.

You can reach out to me in an email, on the phone, on social media, or contact me here on the site, and we can agree when and where to meet. In the first session, we’ll start to explore what topic you’d like to work on with me and we’ll talk through the possible frames of our collaboration. After that, if we both decide to continue, we will have a contract for the coaching process. Before the first session, it’s better to think through the problem you’d like to work on and what you expect from the coaching sessions.

We can agree to meet face to face or online. If you prefer to meet in person, then we can choose a coaching room that best suits you, from multiple locations in Budapest.

This also depends on what we agree to. In general, it’s recommeded to meet weekly or bi-weekly.

Single Coaching Session – 15 000 HUF / 1 x 60 minutes or 20 000 HUF / 90 minutes; Coaching "pass": in case of paying minimum 3 sessions in bulk– 12 000 HUF / 60 minutes or 16 000 HUF / 90 minutes. I will invoice you through the szamlazz.hu system. You can pay by card online, by bank transfer, or in cash in face-to-face sessions.
